Every DCS LFP (LiFePO4) battery features a proprietary Bluetooth-based battery management system (BMS) that has been continuously refined and improved up since it was first introduced in 2018.
THE BATTERY
Ideal for installing to factory or aftermarket secondary battery positions, this standard-sized (approximately Group 27) unit is easy to install thanks to its M8 terminals. The inbuilt BMS also means integration with existing systems is easy and quick.
The 12V 120Ah is enclosed in a sealed, flame retardant ABS plastic enclosure that delivers 1200 Lithium Cranking Amps (LCA) and has a 2C charge rate which means this battery can run up to an 2000W inverter.
THE CYCLE PERFORMANCE
This battery is rated to achieve a minimum of 4000 cycles @ 100% DOD (when ≤ 80% of its original capacity retention has been reached @ 77F). That means that this battery is rated to achieve at least 4000 cycles by the time it has faded 20% from its original capacity, that is, when ≤ 80% of its original capacity retention has been reached.
