Bed Racks for Retractable Covers w/T-Slots

Designed and fabricated in the USA, BillieBars are purpose-designed to be the ultimate set of bed bars. TMade just for retractable tonneau covers that feature t-slot channels, this T-slot kit is available for just about any truck on the market. The universal design allows you to mount anything – roof-top tents, awnings, mountain bikes, skis & snowboards, surfboards, lights, CB antennas, and much much more!

These kits are available in multiple sizes and are specially made for popular models of retractable tonneau covers. The upright brackets install directly in to the slots on these covers, meaning you don’t have to cut or drill your existing tonneau cover to fit the bed rack of your choice.

Cross Bars:

80mm x 40mm (3.15” x 1.57”) double-wide 6560-T6 aluminum rails, in a durable black anodized finish. There are two T-slots each on the top and bottom, and one front and back, for a total of 6 T-slots per cross bar. The T-slots run the entire length of the bar. The cross bars utilize drop in t-slot hardware, available separately. T-slot nuts accommodate up to an M8-1.25 threaded bolt and slide perfectly to any location you need.

Brackets & Risers:

Available in four heights to suit any truck configuration. The brackets are laser cut from high strength steel, CNC bent, then TIG welded and powder coated in a durable black wrinkle finish. The brackets mount securely to your tonneau cover’s T-Slot rail and transfer the load to your truck securely and safely. The upright risers are made from the same strong material as the cross bars, and feature the same nut channels for accessory mounting.

All hardware is provided and is made of high-strength steel & stainless steel.

We receive regular restocks on BillieBars products. Should the kit you want be listed as “on backorder” please note that it could be up to 12 weeks before we receive more inventory. At busy times of the year this can be even longer, so please check in with us if you’re in a hurry.

Warranty:

BillieBars brackets are made from dual powder coated steel (zinc base, with fine textured powder coat). In the chance that any rust occurs just let us know – all BillieBars products have a 3-year limited warranty.

• Special Order: 6″ and 24″ for mid-size trucks
• The height of the brackets is to the top of the bar. Subtract approximately 1.5″ from that measurement to get the underside clearance
