T-Slot & Roof Rack Hardware Kits

We’ve created these handy hardware kits for use in all kinds of racks and mounting systems that feature triangular channels (t-slots) or square channels for hardware.

The fasteners used in the non-stud kits are security type unless noted, which requires a security bit (not included) – easily available at your local hardware store.

Please contact us if you need a different combination of fastener lengths and we will be happy to assemble a custom kit for you. Just let us know what brand of roof rack you have (pictures always help!) and what you’d like to mount and we will make it happen!

M8 Spring Nut Kit contents:

• 4 M8 t-slot spring nuts
• 4 M8x16mm stainless steel fasteners

M8 Handle Kit for Front Runner & Zarges Brackets contents:

• 2 M8 handles with 25mm long stud
• 2 M8x16mm stainless steel fasteners
• 4 M8 13mm nuts
• 4 M8 oversize washers
• 4 M8 lock washers
• Requires T27 security bit (not included)
• For channel nut style racks (Front Runner)
• Can be ordered with T-Slot nuts – please inquire

• 2 M8 handles with 25mm long stud
• 2 M8x16mm stainless steel fasteners
• 4 M8 spring loaded strut channel nut
• 4 M8 oversize washers
• 4 M8 lock washers
• Requires T27 security bit (not included)
• For channel nut style racks (Front Runner)
• Can be ordered with T-Slot nuts – please inquire

M6 Spring Nut Kit contents:

• 4 M6 t-slot spring nuts
• 4 M6x16mm stainless steel fasteners
• Requires T27 security bit (not included)
• For T-Slot style racks

M8 Stud Kit contents:

• 2 M8x25mm studs
• 2 M8 stainless steel nylon lock nuts
• 2 M8 stainless steel washers
• Non-security
• For T-Slot style racks (eg. Front Runner)

M8 Channel Nut Kit contents:

• 4 M8x20mm stainless steel fasteners
• 4 M8 stainless steel nylon lock nuts
• 4 M8 stainless steel washers
• Requires T40 security bit (not inlcluded)
• For square channels using 13mm M8 nuts (eg Front Runner roof racks, awning channels)

1/4″-20 Spring Nut Kit contents:

• 4 1/4″-20 t-slot spring nuts
• 4 1/4″-20 3/4″ long stainless steel fasteners
• Requires T27 security bit (not included)
• For T-Slot style racks including Prinsu

M8x20mm, M8x25mm and M6x20mm bolts as well as M8 24mm washers are also available – please indicate in your order comments if you would like to exchange any of the kit fasteners for longer or larger ones.
