Cross Bar Kit for Nissan Frontier (2007+)

Designed and fabricated in Pennsylvania, BillieBars set out to design a set of Frontier bed bars that work with or without a tonneau cover to create the strongest and most versatile system for Nissan trucks. This universal design allows you to mount anything – roof-top tents, bikes, skis & snowboards, surfboards, lights, CB antennas, and more. Simply attach the four brackets to the factory tie-down rail (required) and you’re ready to load up!

BillieBars are rated for 1,000lbs (450kg) of static weight, or 500lbs (225kg) dynamic (driving) weight, making them a perfect platform for RTTs and other items, especially when overhead clearance in a garage is important. Additionally, keeping your RTT below the roof line means keeping it out of harm’s way on the trail, and retains fuel economy on the highway.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Cross Bars:

80mm x 40mm (3.15” x 1.57”) double-wide 6560-T6 aluminum rails, in a durable black anodized finish. Each set of bars is precisely machined to fit your specific truck model. There are two T-slots each on the top and bottom, and one front and back, for a total of 6 T-slots per cross bar. The T-slots run the entire length of the bar, so you can mount anything anywhere.

Uprights:

Uprights are laser cut from a high strength steel, CNC bent, then TIG welded and powder coated in a durable black wrinkle finish. The uprights mount directly to the Frontier bed rail system using supplied high strength zinc coated hardware.

Hardware:

All hardware is high strength stainless steel. There are 4 security bolts (TT40, tool included) that hold each cross bar to the upright. Just remove the bolts to the bars and the cover can flip open with the uprights still mounted. These bolts also use stainless aerospace lock washers.

• Under Side Clearance: 8” high brackets have 6.5″ of clearance from bed to underside of cross bar, 5” high brackets have 3.5” of clearance.
• 8” high brackets have two welded gussets per bracket from base to cradle
