Cross Bar Kit for Honda Ridgeline (5.0″) (2017+)

Designed and fabricated in the USA, BillieBars have been purpose-designed to be the ultimate set of bed bars. They work with or without a tonneau cover, and are available for just about any truck on the market. This universal design allows you to mount anything – roof-top tents, awnings mountain bikes, skis & snowboards, surfboards, lights, CB antennas, and much much more!

Cross Bars:

80mm x 40mm (3.15” x 1.57”) double-wide 6560-T6 aluminum rails, in a durable black anodized finish. There are two T-slots each on the top and bottom, and one front and back, for a total of 6 T-slots per cross bar. The T-slots run the entire length of the bar. The cross bars utilize drop in t-slot hardware, available separately. T-slot nuts accommodate up to an M8-1.25 threaded bolt and slide perfectly to any location you need.

Brackets:

Upright brackets are laser cut from a high strength steel, CNC bent, then TIG welded and powder coated in a durable black wrinkle finish. The brackets mount securely to your truck’s bed rail and transfer the load to your truck securely and safely.

Hardware:

All hardware is provided and is made of high-strength stainless steel. There are 4 security bolts (TT40 bit, included) that hold each cross bar to the upright. These bolts also use aerospace-style lock washers, so nothing’s coming loose on rough roads. *Note: We do not recommend using power tools to install any BillieBars components

Warranty:

BillieBars brackets are made from dual powder coated steel (zinc base, with fine textured powder coat). In the chance that any rust occurs just let us know – all BillieBars products have a 2-year limited warranty.

Additional information specific to this truck:

• Under Side Clearance:  5” high brackets have 3.5” of clearance.
• REQUIRES SPECIAL INSTALL: You must purchase and install two 48″ pieces of Unistrut in order to create a track rail using factory bolt holes. Some drilling may be required. Please see product photos for details.
