Designed and fabricated in the USA, BillieBars makes the best pickup truck bed rack on the market today. Installable in less than an hour and designed to be compatible with almost every tonneau cover on the market and thousands of other accessories, including BillieBars own range of Molle panels, awning racks, bike accessories, and more. Simply attach the four brackets to the factory tie-down rail or bed lip, fasten the cross bars, and you're ready to load up!
BillieBars are rated for 800lbs (360kg) of static weight, or 400lbs (180kg) dynamic (driving) weight*, making this the perfect platform for RTTs and other bulky items. If you park in a garage or underground lot, overhead clearance is crucial.
These kits are available in multiple sizes and are specially made for popular models of retractable tonneau covers. The upright brackets install directly in to the slots on these covers, meaning you don't have to cut or drill your existing tonneau cover to fit the bed rack of your choice.
Please see the Tonneau Cover Fitment Guide over at BillieBars for more information on compatible covers. These kits are compatible out of the box with most Retrax-brand tonneau covers with t-slot rails.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Qty 2 Cross Bars - 80 x 40mm (3.15 x 1.57") 6560-T6 aluminum extrusion rails with t-slots on all sides. Compatible with M8, M6 or 1/4-20 slot nuts (available separately) and finished in an attractive and durable black anodized coating.
Qty 4 Upright Brackets - 6 / 11 / 17 / 20 and 24" rise options, laser cut from high-strength steel and CNC bent for accuracy, utilizing the same 80x40mm extrusion as a riser. Upright brackets are finished in a high-strength matt black powder coating. The brackets are designed for universal fitment, based on the included hardware
Qty 1 Hardware Kit - High-strength stainless steel fasteners are used to secure your cross bars, along with tonneau specific high-strength hardware. T-slot hardware included by default is compatible with Retrax models - please contact us if you have a Pace Edwards or other brand of retractable cover

- Indicated height is measured to the top of the bar. Subtract approximately 1.5" from that measurement to get the underside clearance
