Contact us

Our warehouse is in Vancouver, Canada. All in-stock orders ship directly from us, not from the manufacturer or overseas third party warehouse

Depending on where you order from, your order could take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive. Multi-package shipments may not always arrive on the same delivery date, especially if you order large items like an awning or swag. Check your tracking email - including any additional packages on the carrier tracking page - for full details

We're focused on providing the very best online retail experience. We do not offer any install services but we would be happy to provide advice or point you toward a local installer if you need a hand getting your equipment mounted.

Currently we are only able to ship products to the United States and Canada. US bound shipments include duty and customs clearance in the purchase price. Canadian shipments are sent domestically. We are unable to ship certain products to the US due to territory agreements. For shipments to Central America, please contact us directly - or we advise using a freight forwarder in the US
