Zarges 1/2″ foam linings are precisely cut from medium density foam and line the inside of your case with a protective layer that not only protects the gear inside, but also protects the case itself.
Each kit comprises six pieces, individually CNC cut to suit the lid, sides and bottom of a K470 or K440 aluminum case. Spray glue or other adhesive is required to affix the foam sections to the case walls. The recommended spray glue is 3M Super 77, but other adhesives such as PL Construction adhesive, or even hot melt glue, can be effective.
If you are looking for a foam insert that surrounds equipment, consider using Pick-n-Pluck inserts.
- Fits K470 and K440 series cases 40810, 40568, and 40678
- Installation requires spray glue or other adhesive (3M Super 77 recommended; not included)

NOTE: At this time we are only stocking 40678 kits, which may differ in appearance and material from those officially available from Zarges. These kits use Polyethylene foam and include tabs on the lids to help with alignment. Small amounts of trimming may be required, and these kits can be cut down to fit smaller cases.
